Welcome to Glazed Auto Spa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website glazedautospa.com ("Site") and the detailing, protection, and related services we provide ("Services"). By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Services Overview

Glazed Auto Spa provides professional detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and related services for automotive vehicles, marine vessels, recreational vehicles (RVs), and aircraft. Our services are available at our physical locations in the Phoenix metropolitan area and through our mobile service team.

All services are provided by appointment only. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Appointments and Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. When scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle, vessel, or aircraft, including make, model, year, and current condition.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide and standard conditions. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of your vehicle, vessel, or aircraft upon inspection. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the service.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and fees will be added to the final invoice. Special promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved financing options. For larger projects, we may require a deposit at the time of booking.

If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to charge late fees, suspend future services, and pursue collection through appropriate legal channels.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For services requiring deposits, cancellation policies and refund terms will be provided at the time of booking. No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Vehicle Condition and Disclosure

You are responsible for disclosing any known issues, damage, or conditions that may affect our ability to perform services safely and effectively. This includes but is not limited to existing paint damage, mechanical issues, water damage, or previous repairs.

We will conduct a pre-service inspection and document the condition of your vehicle, vessel, or aircraft. Any pre-existing damage will be noted and is not the responsibility of Glazed Auto Spa.

Service Warranties

Certain services, including ceramic coatings and paint protection film installations, may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by product and service. Detailed warranty information will be provided upon completion of the service.

Warranties may be voided by improper care, use of incompatible products, damage from accidents or negligence, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with documentation of the issue.

Refunds and Satisfaction

Because our services involve labor, time, and materials that cannot be returned once performed, all detailing, protection, customization, and related services are non-refundable once the work has been completed and you have inspected and taken possession of your vehicle, vessel, or aircraft, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the State of Arizona.

Your retrieval of the vehicle, vessel, or aircraft from our facility, or from a mobile service appointment location, constitutes your acceptance and approval of the work performed. By taking possession, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to inspect the completed work and are satisfied with the results.

If you believe there is an issue with the quality of our work, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of completion so we can inspect the condition and, at our sole discretion, address the concern. Our remedy, if any, will be limited to re-performing or reasonably correcting the affected portion of the service; we do not provide cash refunds for completed services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the State of Arizona.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glazed Auto Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturing defects, or circumstances beyond our control. We exercise reasonable care in performing our services, but detailing and protection services involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

While we strive for excellence in all our services, we make no guarantees regarding specific results. Results may vary based on the condition of your vehicle, environmental factors, and proper maintenance.

User Responsibilities

When using our Site or Services, you agree to:
